Shipping Policy

(As per Qatar’s eCommerce Regulations)

1. Shipping Locations
   We deliver across Qatar, including major cities and remote areas.
   International shipping is not available at this time.

🟡 Note: For deliveries outside Doha city, an additional delivery fee may apply depending on the distance.

• Dukhan: 30 QAR
• AL Khor: 30 QAR
• Al-Shahaniya: 30 QAR
  
• Al Ruwais : 50 QAR
  
• Masaieed : 50 QAR

For orders within Doha city, a standard delivery fee of QAR 10 is charged for orders below the free shipping threshold.

1. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days within Doha and nearby areas

• Remote Areas: 1–3 business days depending on location

• Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 12 PM (Qatar Time)

• Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, weather, or unexpected delays

1. Shipping Fees

• Doha & Surrounding Areas:

  • Free delivery for orders above QAR 300

  • QAR 10 delivery charge for orders below that

• Any changes in shipping rates will be communicated at checkout.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement

• Customers will receive email/SMS confirmation with tracking details

• Delays may occur due to high order volume or stock availability

1. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

• Orders can be tracked via a provided link or by contacting customer service

• Customers must inspect packages and report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery

1. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a second attempt will be made

• If still unsuccessful, the order may be canceled and a restocking fee may apply

1. Shipping Restrictions

• Perishable items (e.g., fresh pet food) must be stored immediately upon delivery

• Large or bulky items may take longer to deliver
